Do you serve Ho-Ho-Kus?

Install jobs get a written estimate with every line itemized (equipment, materials, labor, permits). What brands do you install and service?
We're factory-trained on Carrier, Mitsubishi, Trane, Lennox, Rheem, and Bosch — plus service every other major residential brand. For new installs we tend to recommend what fits the home and budget rather than one brand across the board.
Are heat pumps worth it in Bergen County winters?
The modern cold-climate heat pumps absolutely are — they hold efficient output down into the single digits. Hybrid setups that pair a heat pump with your existing gas furnace for the coldest week are often the sweet spot in NJ. NJ Clean Energy rebates can take thousands off the install.
How soon can you come out?
Diagnostic calls — same day or next day most weeks. Emergency no-heat or no-cool — same day. New install projects — typically scheduled 1-2 weeks out so we can block the crew and order the right equipment.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Keystone Heating & Air is NJ HVAC licensed and carries general liability + workers' comp. We can send the certificate before we show up if you need it for a condo board or landlord.
Do you work in condos and multi-family buildings?
Yes — we do a lot of PTAC and ductless work in Bergen County condos and multi-family buildings, including Fort Lee high-rises. We'll coordinate with your building management for access and HOA requirements.
